The architectural design approach and project management methodology implemented by ACDP Architects consists of assembling a cohesive, functioning team of design professionals focusing specifically on the program requirements of the client, owner, and project stakeholders. Our approach enables ACDP Architects to provide a diversified range of professional architectural and engineering services with specific design disciplines brought together, which produces a more cost-effective project with individual attention to the client, owner, and project.
The ‘key’ individuals involved with each Project will continue to be involved and available throughout the entirety of each project to provide the required and necessary architectural and engineering services as an integral part of the design team. We provide the ability to communicate as a design team with the client, owner, contractor, approving authorities, and municipalities, to ensure that the needs, concerns, and requirements of the client are being properly interpreted and implemented throughout all phases of each project which leads to project success through partnerships.
It is important to note that our architectural and engineering services are not finished when the construction documents are completed, but continue to ensure proper implementation of the construction documents. We as a design team recognize the importance of our availability to the contractor, and owner and client during the construction phase, and to the expeditious processing of ‘shop drawings’; change orders; bulletins; and ‘general problem-solving. Our architectural and engineering team is very connected during the schematic design phase; the design development phase; construction documents phase; and construction/close-out phase to insure the entire scope of work of the project is completed according to the project program requirements, and fully meets the owner/client project expectations.
